Seven rows, and the split between them is always the same: anything with an order ID goes to the telephone.

Two different street addresses, on purpose. A returns bay and an office are different rooms in every business of this kind.

The two addresses are the other thing readers mix up, and a parcel at the wrong one can be refused. Ask for the returns address on the telephone even though it is printed here, because the return authorisation and the address are issued together and the pair is what the bay expects.
