Orders ship from the United States. Postage is free from three bottles up and charged on the two-bottle rung. The tracking number comes in the order email, which is also where the order ID lives, and the order ID is the one thing a refund cannot start without.

The seller does not publish a fixed number of days to delivery, and this desk will not invent one. What it does publish is the tracking number, which is more useful than an estimate: once the number is live, the carrier's own page is the authority on where the parcel is.

Read the bottle base

The lot and the best-before are printed there. This run is lot MEM-26/ME-4830. Checking on arrival takes ten seconds and settles any later question about which run you actually received.

File the order email somewhere you can find it

It holds the order ID and the tracking number. Every refund on this policy starts with the order ID, and a call without it takes ten minutes instead of one.

The window is not counted from the doorstep

It runs 60 days from the date of purchase. Purchase happens before dispatch, so counting from the date you paid is always the shorter and more conservative reading, and it is the one used everywhere on this site. Do not compute a deadline from the day the parcel landed.

Problems

If a MemoHoney parcel does not turn up

Start with the tracking number rather than with an email. Most delivery problems resolve into one of three things: the carrier has it and is late, the carrier has attempted a delivery and left a card, or the address on the order has a fault in it.

If the tracking has not moved for several days, ring the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID. That is the desk that can see the order, reissue a dispatch or start a claim with the carrier. An email to this website reaches an editor who can do none of those things, which is why it is said plainly rather than tucked into a footnote.

If the address was wrong, say so early. A parcel that is still in transit can sometimes be redirected; one that has been delivered to the wrong door is a slower conversation.

The third row is the one worth remembering. The address in this website's footer reaches an editor. It is genuinely useful for a correction and it is useless for a parcel, and saying so plainly saves a reader a day.

Storage

Keeping MemoHoney between the parcel and the last capsule

A six-bottle order is half a year of product sitting somewhere in your house, so where it sits is worth thirty seconds of thought. Closed, at room temperature, away from a sunny windowsill and out of the bathroom cupboard, which is the warmest and dampest place most people own.

Capsules are not delicate and nothing on this label is known for being unstable. Heat and humidity are still the two things that shorten any supplement's useful life, and a bottle stored badly for five months is the one case where the best-before date on the base starts to matter.

Keep the bottles in the pack they arrived in until you open each one. It keeps the lot numbers together, which is useful if you ever need to tell the order desk which run you have, and it stops a half-used bottle being confused with a sealed one at the point you are deciding about a refund.

An order ID. Every refund on this policy starts with it, and nothing can be looked up without it.
A tracking number, or a note saying one follows when the parcel is dispatched.
The pack you bought and the amount charged, which should match the rung on the pricing page at the moment you paid.
The seller's own contact details, which are the ones that can see your order.

If any of the four is missing, ring the order desk the same day rather than waiting. A missing order ID is far easier to fix in the first week than in the eighth, and the 60-day window is running from the date you paid regardless.
